The Development in Badlapur is on high. Road network is very good. Badlapur to Mumbai by car will take only 1.30 Hrs. and to Pune it only take 2 h. Also all the Brands like DMart, Dominos are heading towards Badlapur.

Pros:

  • Greenery & Less Crowded
  • Costs are Less as compared to Mumbai

Badlapur is a nice place to stay, close to nature with hills, rivers, trees, away from city pollution.
Also rents are low compared to the city side.

Badlapur is a very nice place, surrounded by mountains & rivers. Less crowd, and good weather. On river side (Karjat side) there is danger of flood.

Badlapur is a good residential locality, with numerous low-cost housing projects. Takes about 45 minutes to an hour in train to travel from Dadar station. Decent train frequency from Dadar station (10-15 mins).

The road from Badlapur to Mahape is being developed big time which will help development a lot.
