Locality Reviews Kalena Agrahara, Bangalore

Kalena Agrahara is located off Bannerghatta Road. This is a fantastic location that is just 3km from the NICE Road, less than 3 kms to Fortis Hospital on Bannerghatta Road, and has a host of good schools like DPS, etc. in close proximity. This is a fairly busy area with very good bus connectivity. There is also the large Meenakshi Mall which is less than 1km from Kalena Agrahara. You can also get to places like HSR Layout, Dairy Circle, Jayadeva Institute of Technology, IIM Bangalore, JP Nagar and Jayanagar, all within a 30-40 min drive in a car. This area has loads of young families due to the large number of good schools and hospitals, not to mention the numerous shopping options and places to eat out. Overall, this is a very good area for young families and professionals, especially those with kids. Finally, there is the new Metro extension coming up on Bannerghatta Road that goes right in front of Kalena Agrahara. This should give a boost to nearby property prices and also improve travel connectivity.
