Nagadevanahalli is a quiet and green area just behind one of the largest open lung spaces in Bangalore, namely the Gnanabharati Bangalore University campus. It is easily accessible from multiple points like Mysore Road via the level crossing at the Indian Statistical Institute just two km from the Gopalan Mall at RR Nagar arch. Another approach is thru the University campus from near the Sports Stadium and Regional Institute of English. Yet another approach is from the Outer Rind Road connecting Kengeri Town with Magadi Road.
There are a number of apartment complexes and sites in various layouts which are either BDA or BDA approved. The area has good connectivity to markets and shopping areas in Kengeri Town and Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Health facilities like the Indus Hospital (within the area) and BGS Hospital are closeby. Educational institutions like top engineering college R.V. College of Engineering, BGS Medical School and JSS Engineering School are in close vicinity. There is a booming IT Techpark within walking distance at the Global Village Software Techpark and also the Satellite Bus Stand and the Gnanabharati Railway Station which provide rail and road connectivity. The East-West Metro which terminates at Nayandahalli is within 4 km. and is already operational. This section is being extended upto Kengeri Satellite Town along the Mysore Road and work is progressing fast with a station planned within 1 km of Nagadevanahalli. The area is just 8 to 9 km from the city railway railway station and the main bus-stand and the future Metro hub at Majestic. With multiple modes of transport available like bus, rail and metro it is well connected.
The water resources are also very rich, with Kaveri water connections readily available and the Dubasipalya water tank recharging the whole area with bore-well water being struck at 200 to 300 feet depth in Nagadevanahalli
