Located in sector - 50, one of the good sectors of Noida. Well planned society. Very good exteriors as well as interiors. Good project for small families looking for luxurious living.

Pros:
  • Luxurious apartment with excellent exteriors and facilities like swimming pool, club etc.
  • Good construction and good wooden work. Well-constructed bathrooms.
  • Nice view of the nearby societies, meghdutam park. Has a good playing ground for children as well.
Cons:
  • Has 4 BHK as a penthouse only. So those looking for a 4 BHK apartment will be disappointed.
  • The building is oval from two corners. So the rooms on that particular corner are oval from one side
  • An expensive project and as we enter the apartment, we see the kitchen. Some people may not like that.
