Kalyani Nagar is one of the best localities in Pune for residence comparable if not next to Koregaon Park. Close to all important facilities - Airport, Railway, hospitals and developed hub with Shopping malls, favorite eating joints, commercial hubs, banks etc.

This is the best place in the eastern part of Pune but still its crowded in the evening everything is in walk in distance . Gives a good environment for everyone.

Nothing much needs to be said it is the most beautiful and scenic place in Pune. The crowd basically consists of Hi-class people. Even after so much construction, it still maintains high security, greenery, less traffic.
The USP of Kalyani Nagar is that one will not find so much Greenery in any other area in Maharashtra.

Project Reviews Brahma Suncity

Bramha Sun City is a premium category co-operative housing society. It is spread over 54 acres with the buildings adequately spaced out. The project has all top of the line amenities. The location is just 1.5 km from Bishop's school Kalyaninagar and very close to Phoenix market city, Inorbit mall, Novotel hotel, Hyatt hotel etc. Koregaon park and Viman nagar are located very close by. The airport is about 3 km from the project location. All conveniences can be found within a km radius from Bramha Suncity. A good society to reside in with an upmarket touch to it.
