Ulve is set to be one of the largest and most planned node within Navi Mumbai. It is going to be a model township in the next 5 years. The Mumbai trans harbour sea link will be a game changer for Ulwe as it will bring South Mumbai closer to Ulwe than to other places in Mumbai itself. For example, Sewri to Ulwe might actually take around 50 Min. while Sewri to Andheri might take lot longer. This will lead to lot of economic activities just beyond housing to proliferate in Ulwe.

Ulwe properties are cheap as per market rate and include other charges in basic rate. Ulwe is near Bamandongri railway station, and also near Vahal bus depot.

Ulve is a nice n rapidly developing area in Navi Mumbai with 3 stations but it will take another year to get fully developed. Still NO buses n auto n train facilities. Overall its a fairly nice place to live in.

Pros:

  • Well connected
Cons:
  • Will be too crowded very soon
  • Still 6-12 months for development
  • Less transport options as of now.
