Hinjewadi is going to become an important hub due to its proximity to the Mumbai Pune highway, and containing various top companies. Hence residential areas will remain constantly in demand.

Hinjewadi has one of the biggest IT BT park in India changing rural face of Pune. Residential real estate is also increasing as major players from real estate are coming with the huge townships.

Hinjewadi is Maharashtra's largest IT Park and situated very near to Pune-Mumbai Expressway. It is nestled in the heart of Sahyadri hills. Thus gives it a heaven like look in the monsoons. Major IT Companies have mega campuses here like IBM, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Barclays, ATOS, Persistent and Mind Tree. There was no residential properties in this area 3-4 years back. That gave rise to the property prices of near by areas like Wakad and Pimple Saudagar but the techies those who have purchased flats or lives on rent in these areas has to fight with the menace of traffic in Hinjewadi Area.
Recently MIDC has given permission to build residential blocks in this area. Now it boasts of famous townships like Megapolis and Blue Ridge. These township not only offers world class living but also saves the commuting time of techies.Hence they can spend more time with their families.

Cons:
  • If you are not staying in Hinjewadi, then traffic is an issue.

Project Reviews Shivranjan Towers

Hopeless. All Buildings are not provided with intercom facility. Basement is horrible. No cleaning of entrance of passage . No ground for children to play. No place for dumping of waste/kuda.
The builder has agreed to do the dumping of waste and sort dry and wet waste in one of the buildings parking area. The other day I parked my car in the basement and could not stand the smell of parking area. Almost 10 stray/street dogs were in the parking area. I really don't know how the people of the building are staying there. It is horrible. Human beings may catch various kind of illness also. Also it is monsoon season. Building people are least bothered about it. I stopped parking my car in basement after this as I cannot take my 2 year old son down the parking area.
Request the builder to take appropriate action and also provide intercom facility to all the buildings as promised.

Cons:
  • No cleanliness at all in the buildings .
  • No place to dump waste. Building parking place is utilised for waste dumping and sorting.
  • No place for children to play. No swimming pool as mentioned in the site.
