Sundarpada area is the fast developing area of Bhubaneswar City. The local Municipal Authority has been outpaced by the Private Housing Development and is currently on a mission mode to provide all advanced facilities to Sundarpada. Sundarapad is the most positive region in Bhubaneswar. Its stow part is divided into Jatani main road i.e. right and left side towards Jatani.
