Tagarapuvalasa is the most affordable Residential land at this point of time, but the prices are fast escalating. The residential development in the Vizag city is more favorable towards Northern Direction, after Madhrawada and Anadapuram. A pollution free , greenery surroundings here, beside River Gosthani makes a right place for permanent stay. Very soon the Madhurawada, Anadapuram and Tagarapuvalasa zone will become the New Vizag with the proposed Metro Rail and 6 Line Highway.
