Sohna Road is not a future city, it is already labeled as Greater Gurgaon by most authorities and India's top real estate companies. With more and more top established builders like Raheja, Vatika, DLF, Parsvnath launching new projects every week, the land prices have been continually going upwards for the last 10 years.
