Vibrant Realty and Infrastructure Limited is a company promoted by the Mumbai-based Bhayana family who have been into infrastructure development for the last five decades. Having worked on various important projects such as the former Delhi airport, defence establishments, railway lines, dams and bridges as well as residential projects in northern India, the Bhayana family has now forayed into real estate business in Pune.
Our second-generation promoter, Vipin Rai Bhayana, has the experience of building around 20 residential projects in Mumbai, Delhi, Faridabad and Chandigarh. His motto is simple: the buyer deserves nothing but the best. He therefore associates with only the best architects and consultants in the country.
We have a team of spirited, young professionals who have suitable technical expertise and academic qualifications. The core team is headed by the company's Director Nishant Bhayana, who holds a Masters in Global Business Management (Finance) from Regent Business School, London.

We, at the Vibrant Group, have constructed several residential landmarks across India. We recently completed a swish six-storey apartment building in an upmarket area of South Mumbai. After Casa Vibrante, we plan to build a holiday resort with state-of-the-art villas at Khopoli. A million square feet of land has already been acquired for the same.
