When you entered this area you will see a lot of Guys are standing road side holding Pamphlets in their hands regarding their projects, you will see that they are offering you Rate Rs.12000/Sq.yard, Rs.14000/Sq. yard to Rs. 25000/sq.yard.
Pros:
