The house is in F block Palam Vihar. It consists of spacious ground floor and an independent flat on the first floor plus large servants quarters. It is situated in between two grassy plots. It is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. As I live abroad, it has been well cared for by my dpomestic staff. Ar present my elderly sister lives in the first floor flat. I am willing to take this flat at a good rent if it suits the buyer.
