Every penthouse is built on 1600 Sq ft land piece, situated only on the boundary of entire resort, which comprises, 600 sq feet built up carpet area which is completely made of wooden and fully furnished with all modular fittings and open land area of 1000 sq feet, Entire area would be covered by wooden boundary. Owner of penthouse can avail all the facilities available in resort in no extra charges Such as lush grounds of natural greenery, Human created lake with bridge, Swimming pool, Gymnasium, Pool table and other indoor games, Table tennis and lawn tennis court, Horse / camel riding, Puppet show, Traditional Kalbeliya Dance, Sauna / Jacuzzi Bath, Kids Play Ground, Round the clock restaurant, Penthouses available on rent , Disco Theque / Bar, Naturotherapy , Shooting Range, Toddlers Pool, Telescopic View, Conference Hall, Rain Dance Floor, Different Tracking plans with camping at different destinations on mountains (except food, liquor & spas). And also there would not be any extra charges for penthouse owners and people coming with them to resort, you can feel the ownership of entire resort just by purchasing one single pent house.

Also we are ensuring Option No. 1.- 6% assured income or actual whichever is higher. Option 2:- 13% fix returns on the total cost of penthouse if you are interested in giving your pent house on lease (rights reserved to penthouse owners).
