Playtor Child Spaces Pvt Ltd is a real estate firm based out of Pune . The promoters of this firm are M/S Sangam Group which has a presence in the real estate business for the last twenty years and Brick Eagle , a private equity fund headquartered in Hong Kong . The Sangam Group has already completed over 2 million SFT of real estate projects and Brick Eagle with a scalable model of affordable housing has over 12 million square feet of affordable housing projects under its management .

The word ‘Playtor’ comes from the words ‘Play’ and ‘ liberator’ .True to its meaning ,Playtor Child Spaces aims at creating child centric affordable homes without compromising quality on upcoming locations in major metropolitan cities of India . As per latest government data ,India has a housing shortage of 19 million affordable homes which increases by 5 million each year . Keeping this in mind they have launched three projects in Pune ,namely Ranjangaon on the eastern side Rajgurunagar on the north and Paud on the west . In the coming months we will also be launching similar projects at Neral near Mumbai.
