Peerzadiguda used to be a very small village and has now become a town in very short period. The place is near to city, and almost it has become part of city. Here popular institutes are established like Global International school, Chaitanya Womens College. Today here are many villas in construction with range of nearby 1crore. Very well connected to major points like Uppal, JBS, IBS, Secunderbad Railway Station etc. Very fast growing and lot of facilities like multiplex, shopping complex, are coming up.
Village roads on both sides are going to be widen shortly to 100 ft. (radial road) which connects ORR. One road coming beyond Musi river is covering the pollution of river and there is also scope to develop commercial properties on this road. This area is situated in center of city and upcoming IT SEZ (Ghatkesar area), so it is easy access for families who are looking to live here.

Pros:
  • All developments are happening fast by citizens only.
  • Govt. laying cement roads in all areas.
  • Easy access for families to city and workplaces.
  • Near upcoming IT SEZ.
Cons:
  • The speed at which government collects taxes from citizens is not same their speed of doing work.
  • Moosi beyond colonies are suffering with pollution
