Over the years, we have constructed and promoted luxury apartments, residential enclaves, modern offices, retail facilities and multi-storey industrial complexes. We have a wide-range of projects that are in various stages of conception and creation. We have been operational in this line of work since 1996. This has enabled us to increase building efficiency and ensure the continual comfort of its residents. We are also one of the first to incorporate Eco friendly measures like rainwater harvesting and waste recycling systems into our projects. We have been a part of Pathak Construction Scenario right from the inception and currently in the early stages of forth decade of our existence. For the successful execution of our business, in the year 2008 Pathak Construction was reformed into Pathak Developers PVT. LTD. Mr.Jayaram Pathak, Mr. Shrihari Pathak, Mrs.Shraddha Pathak & Mr. Madhusudhan are the Managing Directors.
