Nagaram is a upcoming happening locality in Hyderabad East and the road infrastructure and outer ring road development which are on fast progress will make it soon a preferred location for many Hyderabadians. The Kushaiguda to Nagaram Road is so busy with vehicles car traffic and with the road widening activity (4 lane) which is currently in progress will ease the traffic congestion a lot. The entire stretch of road from ECIL cross road to nagaram and nagarm to Dammaiguda Main road is developed with all sorts of commercial shops,schools, super markets, malls, theater, function hall, half a dozen petrol bunks etc so that the residents in the enveloping areas are comfortably placed for their shopping needs. The buses, min taxis, autos ply in huge numbers which make the reach of your destination well in time and also make them affordable.
Construction activity is in full swing in every inch of the vacant plots in around these two main roads. No doubt the innumerable colonies in these localities are having good roads and water facility and presentable independent houses of their choice within the various budgets. There are a few gated communities also in these areas which make the living in the elite neighbourhood. You get plentiful servant maids availability from the nearby Ambedkar nagar and various technicians for home needs. I have seen the land price have increased multifold in the last decade and it is still affordable compared to other areas of Hyderabad.
The outer ring road which is about 5 Kms make the journey to Airport within 40 minutes drive. The numerous schools (Indian and international) are operating in the vicinity with brand new school buses and imparting latest standards in education. The highest skyscraper "SAKET" is located just a few kilometers from Dammaiguda- Nagaram main road. Another 1000 acre "Padmashali colony" with a neat layout is under development very near to Dammaiguda to Nagaram Road.
