Sri. Krishna Sandeep Kilaru, is a young entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in various fields of IT, Hospitality, Constructions and Property Development. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and has started his career in 1995 as a Software Engineer.
He started his business as a partner in 1997 with Software Associate Inc., and later worked as Managing Director from 2000-2002 in IKF Technologies Ltd., a BSE listed company.
He has ventured into construction in 2002 and has successfully executed several Housing projects under the name of Rajdeep Constructions as a Managing Partner.
He has ventured in to Hospitality Industry in 2005 through Harsha Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. which has set up SubWay Chains in Hyderabad. Its sister concern also owns the master franchisee of Texas Chicken and Move n pick Ice creams for A.P.
He has ventured into Property Development "PALM EXOTICA" and has successfully completed and sold 37.60 acres of HMDA approved residential layout under Adilok Estates Pvt. Ltd. as its Managing Director. The Group Company KAC Developers Pvt. Ltd., is in the process of executing another 40 acre residential layout and has applied to HMDA for approvals. With this wide experience in the field of Constructions, Hospitality and Property Development, he has recently ventured in developing Palm Exotica Resort and Spa, an eco friendly luxury holiday resort at Shankarpalli, R.R.District, A.P., under KAC Palm Exotica Resorts Private Limited.
