The Panchmal brand was established early in 1974 by the late Sri P. V. Shenoy, producing plastic products under the name Panchmal Plastics. Today the brand has become a household name in Mangalore. Shri P. Laxman Shenoy, son of Shri P. V. Shenoy took over the reins of the company in the year 1996
