It has saibaba temple with wide spread garden and with coconut trees in it, a divine experience you get when you enter the premises. When you enter the temple premises, all your negative energy vanishes, and have positive mind.
Regency estate has a lot of gardens, which are, a garden with kids play area, garden with jogging track with utmost lavishness, a garden with basket ball court, garden with box cricket, etc. Regency estate is a five year old constructed project but the growth is enormous.
