Panvel is an upcoming hub for good infrastructure and IT . Its situated at the center of Pune / Mumbai and has close proximity . The upcoming international airport can boost tourism and even better infrastructure in Navi Mumbai regions. This is undoubtedly a growing town in coming years.

Project Reviews Space India Radhey Residency

Friends,
Don't ever purchase a flat by JP Kedia group. If you have doubts please go and see the construction of Puspnarayan Complex 25 F building. There is no proper road for reaching this building, the boundary wall also is remaining from behind. The builder has taken full money from all allottees and not made the boundary wall. The building is made but nobody can live there because of no proper road. Most of the flats are vacant and people are not taking on rent also because of inconvenience of road. People have to come through Sukhapur which is a 2km road. If you go through Space India brochure they have mentioned park and other amenities but you will not find any amenities there, even they will not will you one key chain with the keys of flat.
Please beware of Space India, they are only marketing people they will not help you in future. They want only customer, later on they will not take you to site also by their vehicle once you have booked the flat. Don't go by Space India advertisement alone (they are very good in advertisement only). Don't ever invest in Radhey properties by JP Kedia group.

Cons:

  • No park, garden, no space left for proper roads and parking
