Kothrud has been a fast developing area for last 10 years and has reached a status of a well developed locality. The localities like Paud Road have an added advantage of being easily accessible to the Hinjewadi IT Parks which employees about 1 Lac IT professionals. Easy accessibility to Mumbai is an added advantage for Mumbaikars having second home as well as NRI visiting from abroad.
