Bavdhan is very nice location to stay . Connectivity to Hingwadi IT Park and Kothrud city is beautiful . Area is neat and clean . No pollution or traffic Jam observed in this area. Chandnichawk is beautiful spot for Morning and Evening walk . There is no problem of PMC Water . Roads are wide and Pubilic transport is superb

Bavdhan is a nice and quiet place to live in. It is surrounded by the hills and is completely away from the noise and pollution of the city. It is close to city and just 8 kms away from Hinjewadi.
