Guduvancheri is a very good developed and developing area for a last 5 years. SRM university is located next to Guduvancheri. Very calm & silent place to live peacefully.

Guduvanchery bus terminus and Railway station are nearby. Also Sriram Sivashankari Apartments, RRP Ascon Residency Apartments & XS-REAL Apartments, are located in the vicinity.
It is ideally situated near the state highway road which connects NH-45 and OMR & Thirupour. Just 5 minutes drive to Vidya mandhir, DAV, Sankara vidyalaya and SRM group of Educational Institutions that includes engineering college, Medical college and Polytechnic.
From Guduvanchery we can expect bus services towards various places to Chennai every 5 minutes.
