Moreover spiritually to discuss, it has a mediation room in clubhouse and also a temple for all religions. It has saibaba temple with wide spread garden and with coconut trees in it, a divine experience you get when you enter the premises. When you enter the temple premises, all your negative energy vanishes, and have positive mind.
Regency estate has a lot of gardens, which are, a garden with kids play area, garden with jogging track with utmost lavishness, a garden with basket ball court, garden with box cricket, etc. Regency estate is a five year old constructed project but the growth is enormous.
Regency estate has a well formed society in the name of Regency estate cooperative housing society, well organised by committee members of the society. Well maintained by regency people and society members.
