Porvorim is the most prominent and upcoming area in Goa. It is very close to the capital city of Panaji and also houses the State Legislative Assembly complex. All the prominent beaches like Calangute, Candolim, Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, Ashwem, Arambol, and Mandrem are within close vicinity. All major showrooms and mall casinos are situated in this area. This is mainly an upper-class residential area that is also fast coming up as the commercial hub of Goa. Some of the best residential projects like Devashri Greens from the prestigious Dempo group are located here.
