It is a busy area best suited for middle and upper middle class people. it is a busy area with markets shops are available at easy reach. nearer to banks,bus stops,schools and shops.

Pros:
  • near to shops,banks and bus stops and nearer to park
  • linked to metro rail
Cons:
  • metro rails connectivity takes some time to materialise

Nagarbhavi is a very fast developing area due to its easy access to outer ring road, all highways like NH4, mumbai, Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Coimbatore etc. Now this is also easily accessible by Metro via Nayanda Halli.

Pros:
  • Ring Road & Easy access to High Ways.
  • Metro and city bus convenience.Vishweshwaraiah Layout is coming up fast
  • All educational and industrial units are easily accessible.
Cons:
  • Public Transport has to improve
  • Kaveri Water supply is still has to improve.
  • The shopping complexes have to come up.
