Maraimalai Nagar is industrial and residential area. It has bus facility, train facility, water, school and hospital are very near by. Land cost is appreciable.
Buying land in this area getting well appreciated.

Maraimalai nagar fast developing area off gst rd , after singaperumal koil in gst road near by FORD car company and other mnc companies in mahendra industrial park.120 feet road and many apartment near by developed by many builder and well connection with 120 feet road and rail way station . I T IS VERY FAST DEVELOPING AREA NEARBY CHENNAI ON GST ROAD LINK AND ALSO 400 FT LINK TO HARBOUR ENNURE AND L AND T HARBOUR
